All physical items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow the processing times below before your order is dispatched.
Processing Times
- Prints: made to order and usually dispatched within 2–4 working days
- Clothing: made to order and usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks
- Digital downloads: delivered instantly via email or download link
Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together once all items are ready for dispatch. This means your order will ship when the item with the longest processing time is complete.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
UK Orders:
Standard delivery: typically 2–4 working days after dispatch
International Orders:
Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 working days after dispatch
Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing and local postal services.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. Replacement or refunds for lost parcels are assessed on a case-by-case basis once the courier investigation is complete.
Digital Downloads
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping charges. No physical item will be sent.
